JASON COMER | LEAD PASTOR
Jason has been in ministry for 15 years. He has worked primarily with youth ministry, but also in music ministry and young adult ministry. After much prayer and study, Jason decided to start Centerpoint Church in the spring of 2011.

Jason is a credentialed minister through Berean University and also has a bachelor’s degree in business management from Jacksonville State University. Jason also enjoys music and has recently recorded a professional CD. He plays concerts and leads worship from time to time.

MELISSA COMER | LIFE GROUPS COORDINATOR
Melissa and Jason have been married for 14 years and Melissa has always played a vital role in their ministry together.  At Centerpoint Melissa coordinates all of our life groups and also leads the nursery preschool area on Sundays.  Email Melissa — melissa@mycenterpointchurch.com

MELISSA STROUT | CENTERPOINT KIDS
Melissa was born and raised right here in central Georgia.  God has blessed her and her husband, Kenny with two beautiful children.  The Strouts are two of the 9 founding members of Centerpoint Church, so they have been with us from the very beginning!  Melissa has always had a love for children and she does a phenomenal job ministering to our children at Centerpoint. LUCAS WOODGEARD | WORSHIP PASTOR
Perhaps Lucas could be known by many titles such as:  Christian, husband, worship leader, singer, songwriter, guitarist, teacher, audio engineer, or music producer. Still Lucas says, “I don’t want titles to define who I am, but rather what God is doing in me to define me.” Psalm 40:3 “He put a new song in my mouth, a song of praise to our God. Many will see and fear, and put their trust in the LORD.” His heart is that those who come to our services will find our worship of God contagious and inviting. Our worship team seeks to boldly express through music that God’s desires a close relationship with each of us and that He loves us so much that He sent His only Son Jesus to die for us! We wanna invite those to not only experience a powerful praise and worship experience but life change; that God would touch hearts, giving hope and strength to people’s lives.
