Team leaders at Centerpoint:
1. Enlist - Share the vision to help people understand the part they can play in the story. Usually, one on one, face to face recruiting is most effective.
2. Equip - Meet with your team at least once a month. Communicate details often. Make sure they have good tools. Model culture. Reproduce yourself.
3. Encourage - Recognize, reward, give shoutouts, cards, texts…Pray with them. Also encourage them to show up, be on time, use good judgement, etc.
4. Empower - give them authority to oversee parts of the ministry. Let them schedule, organize, make decisions, solve problems, lead.
